At Amtone Technology we sell overstocked, customer returned and refurbished HDTVs. Excellent customer service and the lowest prices are our primary goals. Here is our Return Policy.

* We offer a 90 day warranty on all our products and a 60 day return window.
* Your warranty starts the date the item is delivered.
* Warranty includes 90 day coverage of labor and parts.

* Customers must contact us before making any refunds, exchanges, or repairs.
* Customers are responsible to ship back the item within 30 days.
* Any returns must be accompanied by an invoice or packing slip.
* Customers may ask us for a prepaid return shipping label that they will print
* If you receive a refund, the cost of prepaid return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
* Some orders will be charged a restocking fee up to 25%.

* Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by the customer.
* Warranty does not cover cracked screens for TV's ordered during locally.
We do a full inspection of every unit for TV's sold from our warehouse, no exception.

Please understand that we are not responsible for any items which are ordered incorrectly. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the listing that the items are compatible, and that the buyer's shipping address is proper.

Items returned to us must come back in usable condition. Restocking fee (25% of the total item value) maybe charged if the item is damaged or broken. This program only covers the item price; shipping and handling are not refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at amtonetech.customer@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
